  22. MBBal = Maximum KiloByte Storage Balance (maximum=999999  (~999 Megs) )
  23. MBDep = Maximum KiloByte Deposit per day  (0 if no limit per day)
  24. MBWid = Maximum KiloByte Withdraw per day (0 if no limit per day)
  25. MBGam = Maximum KiloByte Gamble amount per gamble
